Description This is a drawing of the WMATA metrobuses that run the bus routes through areas in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia.

Top Row: Flxible Metro-B bus and GMC RTS bus

Second Row: Orion V bus and Flxible Metro-D bus

Third Row: Orion VI Bus and Orion II bus

Fourth Row: New Flyer DE40LF bus, Orion VII/CNG (Short Body) bus, and Ford Shuttle bus

Fifth Row: Gillig Phantom (Extended Version) and NABI Ikarus articulated buses.

Sixth Row: Gillig Phantom (Short Version) and Orion VII/CNG (Extended Body) buses

Seventh Row: Gillig H2000LF and Neoplan AN440 buses

Eight Row: MAN SG-310 articulated bus

All of these buses were built by Flxible, Orion, GMC, New Flyer, Ford, NABI, Gillig, MAN, and Neoplan and are owned and operated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA).

*The Gillig H2000LF on the seventh row to the left is usually owned by Hampton Roads Transit in Norfolk, VA.  Since none of these types of buses are run by WMATA, I decided to draw that bus and give it a WMATA paint job.

I remember seeing Gillig Phantom buses around Minnesota Ave station when I was a kid. Good times
