It has been two weeks since the events of Ink's End. The base has just about been repaired, but the Off the Chain attack has still caused lasting damage. War Rider and War Ika have abandoned ship to live a more peaceful life amongst the Marauders. War Meggy has escaped the wreckage of Anime Island and is currently MIA. War Desti's body was never found and her status is currently unknown. And the War Splats have been rendered crippled, powerless and bereft of hope. Even their mightiest asset, War Marie, has fallen into despair after getting so close to losing that which she holds dear.
The team is short on men and short on hope. But maybe, just maybe, the twisted life they live will thrown them a bone.
