--------------------------------------------------If you control an "Ice Barrier " monster other than "Prior of the Ice Barrier", you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can only Special Summon "Prior of the Ice Barrier" once per turn this way. You can only use each of the following effects of "Prior of the Ice Barrier" once per turn. At the start of your Battle Phase: You can target 1 "Ice Barrier" monster you control; it can attack directly this turn, but if it does so, any battle damage it inflicts to your opponent is halved. During your Main Phase: You can Tribute this card, then target 1 "Ice Barrier" monster in your GY; Special Summon it.
