I know Pinterest is one where people share pictures, Imgur is another. Β I'm not sure how their copyright laws work, though. Β But even on Facebook you can upload whatever you want as long as you credit the original artist. Β The difference is that DeviantArt is made specifically for artists; the other websites are not.
