Strider would win. He's way too fast for Spidey to handle. Spider sense and webbing can only take you so far but the shit Strider can do!? He'd just slice Spider Man into pieces
I know that in the MVC games Spiderman has as much of a chance of defeating Strider and vice versa but that's fighting game logic. In those games Jill Valentine can defeat the Hulk but in reality Jill wouldn't stand a chance against the Hulk and neither would Spider Man against Strider

I wouldn't underestimate Spidey. He's taken on plenty of enemies who by all means should have beaten him.

Also, I finally got to play MvC3 last night. As much as I like Deadpool, it turns out I'm best with Captain American (non-spammy) and Dormammu (spammy)

^_^ its just great isnt it? I like using mostly Magneto, Spider man and deadpool. but I can use a bunch of other characters. mostly marvel because they took out all the good capcom characters

I'm also good with Haggar, mostly because I spam his pipe attack - mostly because while I like fighting games, I'm not that good at them. Except Soul Calibur II - I'm BEAST at that
