You're welcome, answering your question, the difference between male and female lips is that female lips are fuller. The key to draw male lips is not to draw the whole outline of them. Just draw the upper lips in a single thick line, while the lower lips it's enough to draw a simple short line under the upper lips to represent it, without linking the line with the lips right and left limits. Sir, if i may ask you on what types of pencils do you usually use when drawing a lips or if you ever use one?

I usually sketch with a 2B pencil, but for shading I choose 4B pencil or 5B. If you want the charcoal effect use a 9B pencil. After all it's up you to u to choose what suits you better. Don't be afraid to experiment with pencils, with more experiments and right practice you'll eventually be better.
