I was draw this on IllustStudio tool... In this tool you can make brush with random patternforms. For example, photoshop brush looked so: ****** or so: &&&&&&.... but illustStudio brush can be so: *&**&*&*&
I was draw grass and leafs by this way. Another parts of pic I was draw by simple circle brush with 100% opacity and blend(color amount) pressure control

No matter how hard I try, I struggle to paint trees in digital media. This is fab and exactly the style I'd like to do. Any hints and tips on how to paint foliage? Do you paint the leaves individually?

Than kyou about grass:
opacity - always 100%
Color Amount(blend) - on pen pressure
blend extendtion - 30-50%

Thank you... No, it's just brush tuning (like "jitter" propertie and etc). While using such brushes, pics looking some platitudinous but painting is very fast
