I think you missed the dirt on her, it is a little hard to spot with the freckles but it's there and it adds to it's authenticity too.

I think this is as powerful a picture as I've ever seen in the victim-of-science/medical experimentation fetish genre. (People taking the subject matter as anything but fetish traum-logic, I think, are missing the point entirely...) The model's expression, the pose, and the art direction are unforgiving and ferocious, and the technical 'finish' of the image is cinematic and absolutely inspired. You must have seen HIGH TENSION, FRONTIER(S), and especially MARTYRS.
This is a great shock image.
