Background: Kyliin has been out on the streets of what is now considered "Old Tokyo" in the year 2091 for 7 years of his life. Most of New Tokyo has been confined to a huge dome full of a race formed from human testing, called Kanpeki. His Mother, Grandfather, and Older brother were chosen along with himself. They died during testing, but he was considered a "failure" and was thrown to live life out in the streets of Old Tokyo. Little did he know that thought he may not have become one of the new Elite race, he had taken on powers that confused him. He kept to himself in the 7 years that passed, keeping his secret from everyone, until he met someone that just might be his Saviour.
