Cute idea. Something that could help your artwork is going over and "sharpening" the linework. This looks as though it was made in GIMP, which is what I use. Just take a small eraser and hone down the end of each line until it's a fine point. I think it would help you, stylistically.

I agree, and you can also use photoshop or paint tool SAI : they both have a special pen for this ^^
