"Flame" -> "render to disk", then enter some parameters...
Density: higher is better, I suggest 2000 to 4000 for good results... This value is hard on the cpu... Rendering fractals it's a time consuming procedure, "cooking time" depends on your pc.
Filter Radius: I suggest 0.6 to 0.8


The rest is a discovery lol
