I made a new meme of Virgil Hawkins [whom is currently wearing a wifebeater shirt & holding a lightbulb which magically turns on due to his electric superpowers] from the 2000 DC Comics cartoon series "Static Shock" having a conversation with Miffy Bunny from "Miffy & Friends" over the phone as the two of them talk about things going on in their lives alongside some juicy gossip. I decided to make this meme being so I like both cartoons as each of them were things that I've enjoyed watching as a child as well as a grown man at my current age.
