O gosh! I see what you mean! Actually, I don't think it failed. I looked at the pages again and now I see that it is of course not the title page. I feel so stupid for writing that! The thing is, I follow a number of web comics and I don't view the pages consecutively on one sitting. So I forgot what was on the previous page - hence in isolation there was no issue of pacing. After I looked at the last few pages consecutively I did pick up on the pace! I'm sorry for the crappy comment, it was the result of my not reading/viewing carefully. I still think the page, because it is just one large panel and very detailed and, to put it simply, pretty,  *could* be a title page. But that should not make you feel that it is a bad page! (Also I was working on my own test title page when I was writing the comment so I might have been primed! )
