I'm going to try to scan this with a printer in the next few days and get a better picture.

My eighth-grade art final. Everyone did essentially the same thing because that's what the art teacher told us to do. We all did half by kind of manually copying over a photograph and then the other half was just supposed to pretty much be some fanart. He didn't say fanart, but it was definitely strongly implied.

The left half is Keroberos from Cardcaptor Sakura (that was a really awkward thing to draw, actually), who is wearing glasses because the teacher said to carry over some prominent features/accessories. Keroberos does not belong to me, but to CLAMP. I am not in any way attempting to suggest he does. The right half is eighth-grader me.

Interesting tidbit: You can actually see the dark spots under my eyes. I don't even mean just the shadow of my glasses, but rather literally the marks from sleep deprivation. I would like to believe that they have lightened up since then, but it's probably not the case.
