Hi, so this is Sleipnir - The Solari Guardian.My League of Legends Champion idea.
I mean, just a concept I want you to help me design!
Sleipnir is a Solari, she possesses the power of calling the might of the sun to aid her in battle. Just like Leona, as a matter of fact, these two are from Mount Targon.
She is a centaur like creature but with 6 legs instead of 4 (inspired by the mythical Sleipnir, Odin's horse).
Sleipnir is a very mobile tank support. Her Q, W and E does not require any aiming or target picking, you just activate it and Sleipnir performs the move while running or standing.
Her ulti is has a global supporting effect, you can use it in a team fight, help an ally on the other side of the map.
Sleipnir can push all the units she collides with while using her "charge!" skill, the enemy is pushed in the way she charges so you can push them in or out a fight/turret. She does not auto attack. (By that I mean that she does not perform a basic attack when you are close to a valid enemy unit, you need to pick and right click the target to use a basic attack.)
So what I'm thinking in terms of abilities is:
Passive: While moving, every X seconds Sleipnir gets a +X% speed buff. Stacks up to 4 times.
Fifth stack makes Sleipnir immune to unit collision unless she charges.
Stacks are lost when Sleipnir stops moving (or is stunned, immobilized, etc.), using her Q, W or E does not make her stop.
Q: Sleipnir starts to rotate the twin blade X times around her dealing physical damage to all enemies she hits.
W: Passive: Each time Sleipnir deal damage to a unit, that unit is Sunlight marked for X seconds. When allied champion (except Leona) deals damage to these targets, they consume the Sunlight debuff to deal additional magical damage.
W: Active: Sleipnir deals magical damage and blinds enemy units marked with Sunlight in her range. The Sunlight mark is consumed in the process.
E: "Charge!"Sleipnir starts to charge for X seconds gaining bonus movement speed. All enemy units on her way are pushed in the direction Sleipnir runs dealing X physical damage (+XX% speed converted into damage) on impact.
R: "Sun Fortress" Sleipnir enters a defensive stance for a few seconds. While in this stance she can not move nor attack. She gains bonus armour and magic resistance and reflects XX% of the damage she takes back to enemy cousin that damage. All enemies that deal damage to friendly champions are struck with a sun beam that slows their attack speed by XX% and movement speed by XX% for X seconds. This has a global effect.
So tell me what you think about these, how and why would you change it. If there's something I like or a lot of you likes I will make in a part of this design and put you as a collaborator. Then will post it on official LoL champion ideas forum.

Great idea and fantastic champion design. She is pretty and looks so peaceful. I really like it and i would definitely try to play that character.

I like the idea but the name might need to change, as for her skills, how bout when she Ults she keeps her movement but she acts as a more glorifed Aegis of the Legion while slowing enemies that don't attack her.

an armored six-feet-centaur who uses light(ning) magic and has a spearblade as his weapon...
believe it or not, i had the same idea for a LoL champ a year ago... but i couldn't draw it because i wasn't good at drawing (and still i'm not good enough...)

Looks like FeralPony had a similar idea as well.
The funny thing is that Hecarim has similar unique skills to Sleipnir.
But anyways, now we have a centaur in the game.

This is a realy interesting idea, but i think you need an auto attack. Im not sure i play hon and i think lol is pretty much the same so it would be pretty hard early game to get any kills on the creep and get money. Also the sunlight debuff could be an activated ability that blinds (ministun) the target for X secods and deals some damage with a counter if you want to keep that and have a low cooldown. I realy like the idea of a fast tank though it sounds like fun.

Cool champion art work but the abilities could use some work. The passive seems to take too long to build up, 5 seconds of constant movement four times is 20 seconds of constant movement, that's a fairly large time consumer. Just slight time changes on that would make it better. Or even make her passive 'Auto attack while moving' and it just auto swings at whatever is closest to her, champions prioritized first.
The W passive could be more unique, I like the idea of blinding but why make the passive exactly like Leona's? Why not have it were the markers add up in a fashion like silver bolts, only every attack on the same target increases Sleipnir's damage by a percentage.
The R could also have a slightly more unique ting to it, instead of a flat out 50% why not base it off the armor and magic resist damage reduction. Say you're armor is reducing damage by 60%, you reflect 60% physical damage, but if you have 10% magic resist you only reflect 10% magic damage.

That's the thing, you can either build up speed or basic attack. You can use her skills while you keep running around. And it would be a part of her gameplay to be careful not to loose these stacks you have been running around to build so hard. I can see the building part being really fun.
As for the W, I wanted to make it look like Sleipnir is from the same place or clan even as Leona, so I wanted to use Sunlight an a common Solari thing. But yeah, on I second thought W could be totally reworked.
I really like this idea of reflecting damage based on a % of your armour for physical damage and magic resist for magical damage. This will add to her gameplay and will force the player to think more strategic.

I really like the artwork, but her ult needs reworking. There is absolutely no incentive to attack her at all while she's ulting (and there's barely reason to attack her to begin with, being a tank). Also, increasing her MR/Armor (thus decreasing the damage she receives) is counter intuitive to the second half of the ult (reflecting damage taken). It sounds a bit like the Galio ult, but missing the taunt that makes that ult work. :/

Yeah that's what I've realized as well, no reason to attack her what so ever.
Have reworked it a bit so she now acts kinda turret like, slowing the attack speed of enemies attacking friendly champions around her. This still needs to be worked on. But I want to keep the idea of her fortifying somehow.

Pretty cool idea! I love the passive it would basically give her a free Ghost that she could use at just about anytime. OP? Yes. But unenjoyable? I think not

Yah! least I think so, I'm personally more of a "nuke em down before they even realize what happened so they cant heal" kind of player, so she wouldn't really be my type but she'd be fun to see in game!

Honestly it is a great good art work and champion designing.
The artwork is wonderfull, we can feel the authenticity and nature of the character. The armor conception is gorgeous, horse parts feat human parts perfectly, the neck protection and size of gloves really give her a tanky style that some tanks should really have in this game (Leona really looks naked except with the shield maybe), clothes give her a noble and "warhorse" look. The twin-blades have an interesting design, as if edges of one blade was bound together by this magic, like an invisible renforcing block.
For the champion abilities, I should say that it's really proper to the chararter's idea, which is a centaur after all. I think that the W passive is already too present with Leona and Lux concepts. Her main passive is maybe a bit too much too, personnaly I should give it 3% per stack (20% is a lot, same after 20s) and give proper speed/dmg ratio for E, knowing existing items stats and movement speed buffs. <3 Sun fortress concept, original.
A last point is that you have to creat a background fiction now want to know more about what story a centaur can have in Valoran

I'd made the W so similar to Leona's to make a better Solari reference and that they are both from the same place. As for her passive, these are just initial numbers that would definitely change in the playtesting. But the idea is to be able to build her so she can eventually run very fast dealing a decent amount of damage with her E. Her speed buff can be easily lost though.
And yes, I'm thinking about her lore.

Yup, the original one has really had 8 legs.
My Sleipnir is kinda Final Fantasy inspired.
And it would be hard to make a 3D model with 8 legs.

about her skills:
the passive would need faster stacking (i mean 20 seconds without atacking?!)
the ultimate: bonus armor and MR+ dmg reflection is awesome, but no taunt or something similar? self stun for a few seconds is not that perfekt
but overall a very interesting champion :3 i defently would play her!
btw: i realy like her armor and the pillar in the back

I've corrected a few things.
All her attacks do not make you stop, you could use her skills while constantly running around.
All the numbers are just an idea without proper testing.
I have realized that her ult is a bit useless, no reason to attack her at all. So I've changed it a bit so that she acts kinda like a turret now.

but still, the ultimate is very weak, every Annie, Orianna, Malza or other casters are not interessted in their attackspeed. i personally would like something as a MR buff for every teammate in range OR that she deals dmg to everyone who casts a spell. just an idea^^
