In case you couldn't tell, these are devamps: modern-style Pokemon sprites edited to fit the style and limitations of the older games. The base sprites I used are from the DS-style 64x64 Pokemon Sprite Resource . It's an awesome resource, so be sure to check it out.
I make my devamps by taking a modern-style base sprite, and then editing it to find a balance between the the newer and older styles. How much that balance leans to to one side varies.
All of the pallets I used are from the official sprites from Crystal.
Of course, the bottom row of Pokemon don't have official GBC sprites, so I made pallets for them myself.
