While the effect really is very interessting I have trouble in what kind of deck it would fit. I understand why you choose those colours but they make it a bit dificult.

I think it would be used in a deck with creatures with transform or morph. (I think morph would be better)

The problem is that morph is mostly just blue (At least a dedicated morph deck.) and transform is probably best with green/red werewolfs...
Best probably with flip cards, they were evenly divided between all colours and it would work great with the ones that turn into enchantments: [link] [link] [link] [link] [link]
But it seems like a fun card with Initate of Blood/Goka the unjust as well. [link]
