I've always wondered why Death is seen as "evil". It's (I don't necessarily think it has a gender) job is to lead people to the afterlife. That isn't evil is it?

When people don't believe in an afterlife, when they believe that they simply fade out of existence when they die, then they believe Death is evil.

LOL. I've study Celtic mythology for years-- call it my scholarly obsession-- and Cromm Cruch/ Crom Dubh, the original basis for the Grim Reaper, is one of my favorite mythological characters.
