C'est très beau, j'aime ce mouvement, ces couleurs qui s'élancent vers le ciel, tout en douceur, en subtiles nuances. Je crois que le hasard a joué un rôle dans la création de cette image, un hasard contrôlé, suscité même à mon sens. Aprés tout, savoir provoquer, reconnaître et tirer parti de la fortune est un talent en soi. Il faut parfois bien des préparatifs pour créer le nid douillet qui accueillera la magie, parfois elle se dérobe certes, mais quelle frustration que de se rendre compte que la magie est passée alors que nous n'étions pas prêt 
Je ne crois pas une seconde ici à une image fortuite, mais je crois que quelque fée a bien voulu se pencher sur ton appareil pour ajouter ce surplus de magie qui fait la différence.

oui, c'est exactement ça ... tu l'expliques très bien, cette notion de hasard controlé ... C'est marrant, c'est aussi mon métier en grande partie, je viens de m'en rendre compte en lisant tes mots.

Moi aussi j'avoue un faible pour les fées et les sorcières, un peu d'irrationnel ça fait du bien dans un monde qui accorde un prix démesuré à la raison. Parfois, je me dis qu'on aurait dû bruler Descartes

Why is this particular blurred photo daily deviation? its pretty but no moreso than any other random snapshot one could take of a colourful flower. Its pretty but theres very little artistic merit, especially without an artists statement. I feel sorry for the photographer for having this labeled as daily deviation and hence recieving all the negative criticism he/she is getting rather than those who proposed and chose the image.

Ok, since when you submitted this picture you set yourself in the critique welcome category, i will tell you my honest oppinion, for i feel it is rude to do otherwise.
To lie, is in my mind, worse than to insult. Lies are devilish things.
But, I do like your other work a lot more than this, I feel perhaps, not so much that is easy to do, but maybe that it is more... simplistic looking in my eyes. I am very critical, yes, and I do not claim to be a photographer... Any pictures in my gallery are complete and utter crap. Sure the colors on this are "nice" but it has no substance. It leaves me bored, and open ended. I think you are undershooting your potential with this picture, and no offense to you, but I think your other work was closer to daily deviation material than this. Daily Deviation seems like something that should move me, and inspire... not confuse. I also disaprove of the large ammount of negative space, if this was on purpose i suggest use of a background, and if it was an accident, i suggest more preplanning in the future. Keep up your good work, and I'm sure some idiot will flame me for this or yell at me for saying this, but what is the point of posting art if you can't listen to negative as well as positive feed back, no?

This is a wonderfull shot, I admire the abstract feel this has, and I dont agree with the people who say this is easy, you just made it look easy. Critics always like to say harsh things, but until they try it them selves their words shouldnt be taken too hardly. I love the simple soft colors, very inspring, its amazing how you can tell this is still a flower and yet it feels like i am looking at running paint on a canvas, I didnt know this was a picture at first glance, and that by itself means that you did this shot amazingly well. Amazing work, keep doing what you do, you cant please everyone, but I am glad you pleased me with this shot, you give me inspiration to try shots like these, and thats what art should be about keeping an open mind and being able to express yourself in new mediums if possible, some people dont like change and scoff at it, but without change we can never have anything new to look at.

I had a look at your gallery, I was impressed by the architecture pictures ... a great sense of lines, curves and composition ... feeling of a very organized life.
The picture with the little girl centered and her expression is also awesome.

Au debut, s'il vous plait, excusez mon francais. Il faut que je vous donne les apologies de la part des parleurs d'anglais qui ont commenter sur cette image... ils n'ont pas de sense, et je suis desole qu'ils nous avaient represente comme imbeciles. hrmm...i don't know french (a little spanish, however) but i do know that this work is beautiful...i'm not sure if it's the colors that are so appealing or what but i like much ^^ well done
