Description Hi,

This is a hopefully not too late image for 's Quilt project!

I chosed the figure of Mrs. Banks from Mary Poppins. The role was played by the wonderful actress Glynis Johns.

and I absolutely love to find another fan of Mrs Banks. She is a favourite Disney character of mine!

I love the part at the beginning of the film where Katie Nana tries to quit but Mrs Banks just keeps singing and singing!

Yes, she was so funny, and light. I never forget the scene, where she danced with the chimney sweepers and shouted: "Vote for women!"

I always loved the female activist song she and the maids sing in the beginning! I thought she had the silliest voice for an adult because it seemed so... young
