story time, folks!

once upon a time my moirail introduced me to a comic called Skin Deep, about mythical creatures that lived among humans with the help of magic medallions that made them look human. some way or another, we were really drawn to the idea. i forgot about it after a while, until one day she said she was mailing me a surprise to go along with my birthday gift.
you can probably imagine me dancing around in joy once i opened up the envelope to find a little pathtag medallion with a gryphon on it ! sure, its not magic like the ones in the comic, but it's the idea that counts, right?

'course then I got the idea to draw how i'd look if it was real c:

so yeah! an opinicus who likes to collect little trinkets and wears them all over her. usually the medallions are worn on a necklace, but i've got it on a little bracelet instead :3
