It's a Stingray, i think; and it's been killed to be eat it. Just to see this, is heartbreaking. And yes it's so terrible. But that's how the Man acts.

I have heard of the people that take sharks and cut their fins of and then throw the shark back in the water to bleed to death. I thought that's what it was, my bad.
