The lovely Extinction from IMVU asked me to make her a profile picture. Of course, after falling from my chair in glee, I happily obliged.This is her Infected Zombie Pirate Fursona. owo Definitely a first for me but it was so much fun to draw. I didn't want to go too overboard with the gore otherwise it would have been nothing BUT gore (I like gore).
She's my first paying customer a she's an awesome creator =w=

So the commissioner actually asked for the fur to look like that.

I think the cute and happy looks nice. owo But I understand what you mean. For the longest time I couldn't draw men, even though I could draw women well. But I hated the fact that I couldn't draw men!
Daw, well I've been experimenting with my colouring and shading recently. Mostly cause I see other's art and think ...... aaAAAAhhhh I wanna do that =w=

God, the men are annoying. I've been practicing them though, and their getting better =u= Haha. I just think the torso and lower body are the most annoying parts to do. Almost got the hold of it though, on my end. x.x Gotta keep lookin up male antonomy c: Thats all~
I'm trying to experiment with colors D: Just. I guess I go "SHINE SHINE HERE, SHINESHINE THERE." Enter the Peter Griffin *Scrubscrub here* Oz song xDDD But, i'm just confused on how others shade or shine. Its like. "HOOOOW!?" xDD
Thank you, i just put it all on luminosity, take the lightest color or the base, depending on the fur, and go crazy ;n; Lol. And they aint everywhere, are they? e.o But, i saw this picture, and the other one, and went "Hotdamn, this persons talented. Just makes me squee.

My biggest problem for drawing men are the proportions. Because for the longest time I was only drawing women, so when I drew a man... I gave him the most fabulous hips. o3o
That and good man chest can be tricky.
Well I used to have a very specific colour/shade style, but after a while it was too prone to error. So I'm practicing a new technique, it's making my pictures look interesting (I guess. lol), it's not too tricky either. :V

I actually like to think of that rabbit as my own. owo and the anthro version of it as my fursona. Cause... I like rabbits.
And as for the shading help thing, well... I could make up a mock tutorial on how I do it, just as a helpful guide. I think that's really the only thing you'd like to know so I don't mind sharing the tactic. XD I like teaching stuff =w=
