EDIT: I've had to change this file as I've seen a user reupload this picture to Redbubble to make a profit.
And if there's one thing I hate more than ugly intrusive watermarks, it's art thieves. So the ugly watermarks will stay.

I don't know how, but Subnautica has become one of my favourite games ever. I FREAKING love the ocean setting
Also like everyone else who has played the game, I immediately fell in love with the Cuddlefish 
So I decided to waste a few hours today drawing a Cuddlefish cause I've always wanted to. And I'm probably going to draw him again. Might even make a version as a pet for my sona. Who knows?
Though I'm not sure "saved" is the right word for the title, sounded better than "hatched". For those unaware, Cuttlefish are only found as eggs in the game and remain in permanent stasis until you find them and incubate them. So I figured this one was "saved" from being frozen as an egg forever? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Shirt update; I've just received it in the mail! I ordered the "women's relaxed fit" shirt and sadly it came out a little blurry (an issue I've seen with a past relaxed-fit shirt). BUT the other T-shirts and graphic shirts look much sharper

I brought both of mine with me in my shiny new rocketship (maybe it's only possible in the easier "freedom" gameplay mode), 'cus I love'em too much to leave them on such a dangerous planet. Wonder how they got there though.

Huhuhu I guess in a way it is a horror game. But I LOVE horror :'D so I love to explore the scary places.
Also this just shows how easily I diffuse a scary situation into utter nonsense; when I got down to the VERY BOTTOM of the map (the lava zone) and was encountered with the Sea Dragon Leviathan , I made it my mission to try to kill it. So naturally I started chasing it around with a knife calling it "bitch boy".
I'm terrible at serious situations .v.

Where did you found your cuddlefish? I got mine in the Degasi Sea Base (500m).

I found my very first one in that same base too 
After looking it up makes sense that the Degasi base is where everyone finds them, after looking it up the other 4 are in some weird locations.

I must admit, I thought of obtaining them all, but I never got myself to do it. I know that beside Degasi, there's second one in a Precursor lab you need an orange tablet for. I've noticed one thing though - when you put two animals of the same species in the alien containment, they can multiply! From a single 1-floor container I manager to get 4 or 5 crabsquids, while I got only 2 of to begin with. The larger containment is, the more animals can be stored in it. So I wonder - can you multiply Cuddlefishes?
