Sort of a selfportrait, no reference used (exept for the turtle).
this was done for conceptart.org chow#145 "supervillain self-portrait.
this guy wanders around the globe (very slowly though,cuz he rides a turtle) until he comes across some merry looking village of happy folk having fun. he doesn't like people having fun..so he stops, plays a song which briefly introduces the people to whats gonna happen in the next few hours and then something really bad happens...
