The composition and portrayal in this piece makes me think of the icy career woman for some reason. I think it's the fact that her back is turned to the viewer, putting in a bit of distance between her and her peers. Her face is closed, not entirely expressionless but not exactly cheeful either, just glancing at that smoke, which probably embodies her daily 2 minutes break from work.
