This map is about an alternative Ukraine, as an union of two federations. Each of them would consist of four republics.- Western Federation - Capital city: Kyiv - Official languages: Ukrainian
- Republic of Carpathia - Capital city: Uzhgorod - Official languages: Ukrainian and Hungarian
- Republic of Galicia-Volhynia - Capital city: Lviv - Official languages: Ukrainian
- Republic of Central Ukraine - Capital city: Kyiv - Official languages: Ukrainian
- Republic of Severia - Capital city: Chernigiv - Official languages: Ukrainian and Russian
- Eastern Federation - Capital city: Kharkiv - Official languages: Ukrainian and Russian
- Republic of Budzhak - Capital city: Izmail - Official languages: Ukrainian, Russian, Bulgarian and Romanian
- Republic of Southern Ukraine - Capital city: Odesa - Official languages: Ukrainian and Russian
- Republic of Eastern Ukraine - Capital city: Kharkiv - Official languages: Ukrainian and Russian
- Republic of Donbas - Capital city: Donetsk - Official languages: Ukrainian and Russian
A system of quotas would be established for union level. Union government, legislature and judicial institutions would be composed of equal number of members from each federation and each republic. Union capital cities would be Kyiv and Kharkiv.
