I made a page recolour of the Resident Evil Prelude to the Fall manga. It was very hard to finish because of the great amount of noise...Anyway, it's the last page of the second chapter.
*Update: 19/05/11 - Removed noise, recoloured.

If you want to get rid of the grain, you can fiddle around with the filters. Before coloring them in you can go to Filter - Artistic - Cutout or maybe the stamp effect from the sketch filter. Or you can make the line art layer a multiple (color the layer behind it) and use the smudge tool to blur out those grains. Hope you find any of that useful, photoshop has lots to offer with cleaning up images, so your bound to find something.
