Very nice! Etching is something I was terrible at but I totally respect people when they did it well. You did a great job. I'm impressed by how dark some spots are and how precise the lines are.
I also like that there is a meaning to this picture.

well thank you so much! that means alot to me! etching is definitely a practiced skill and the first three prints from this plate were garbage. the thing to remember is that printmaking is super repetative, something that frustrates the crap out of me, but your compliments make it all worthwhile, thank you so much you beautiful little person!

I remember when I tried it. I wish I had given it more time and thought, but I did one print and I was done. (I got too impatient)
Your picture really deserves a lot of attention, plus it has inspired me pretty well. I love it when I find printmaking on deviant art. It's so exciting. Maybe one day I'll post something that I did back in printmaking class.

i would LOVE to see that! printmaking takes HUGE amounts of patience and by the time i got done with a ten hour studio printmaking class i was so done as well. lol
