Im making my own helmet, and I was wondering if I could ask you a few questions about how you made yours. Im getting mine sculpted thin from clay. Then I figured fiberglass could go both on the front and the back, just as reinforcement and to get a nice smooth(once sanded) form to paint.my main question though is about fiberglass working, do you have to interchange layers of fiberglass? and if so, what should be interchanged with the fiberglass?

The helmet is sculpted in clay then molded and made from fiberglass, the mouth was sculpted also
