the 2017 version of my FTOC Genji.
I'm going through and updating all of my FTOC's. this is Genji. for his new look I decided to remove his mask to show his face. when designing him I looked at loads of ninja/assassins for inspiration and incorporated them into his original look to make this. I gave him a scar on his lips like the early Assassin's creed characters. other inspirations include the armour available for rouges/ninjas in FFxiv and the oufits from his assassins in tales of zestria the x.
I also changed the red colour in his original look to a blue colour similar to the colours that Hikari wears.

[breif bio ]
Genji was born in a country far to the east to a family that had close ties to the royal family. they had served as personal guards and assassins for many generations. genji was tasked with the protection of the emperor's niece, Hikari, when she was born. when Hikari's father was framed for the emperor's murder the Kotake family stayed loyal to him and helped smuggle Hikari to safety. Genji accompanied her to Fiore where the two joined the guild, Mythic cross
