Appearance
Meiko is a girl of medium height due to her Quirk, her skin is two-toned bot shades of a greyish blue and she has small gill marks near her eyes and on her neck. The lighter colouring down the centre of her body is smooth and soft to the touch while the darker areas on her arms and legs have a rougher texture. She has sets of fins on her arms and legs. She has medium length hair and sharp pointed teeth. During school hours, she wears the normal female U.A. uniform although she wears her tie loose and only has a few buttons of her shirt faceted in the middle having the collar low and having her midriff exposed.
Her hero outfit is a one-piece blue swimsuit that zips down the middle. She also wears bands on her upper arm and around her wrists each matching the colour scheme of the main suit. She doesn’t wear anything on her legs so that they don’t restricted her movement while swimming. When on land she wears sandals on her feet.

Personality
Meiko is a cheerful girl who displays a wide smile on her face most of the time although she can be quick to temper. She is quite impulsive and will often do things when the idea strikes her. Meiko's academic performance is notably poor, still she is capable of showing dedication to her studies as long as she gets proper tutoring.

Quirk
Meiko’s quirk is Shark. This gives her the attributes and abilities of a Shark, mainly the short-fin mako species, known to me the fastest species. He has enhanced strength and heightened senses. She also has very strong jaws and sharp teeth. This Quirk is superior in the water, she can swim very fast.
