So I finally decided to get on the Steampunk band wagon and this is what I managed to come up with. Its an 8" munny, I had to individually place each micro gear and large gear into their respective positions thru the openings....so needless to say it took a while. I added Fiber optic wings and hand painted them Antique brass to match. Also This thing doesnt have a typical on off swith for the fiber optic wings to light! I wired in an Infrared Motion sensor hidden behind the gears in the belly of the munny. So when you move your hand in front of it they turn on...move in front again they turn off....I made sure it only works when you wave in front...didnt want it annoyingly turning on and off for anyone that just walks by....i decided to go with the " Angel of death" since he relies on time...and when its your time its your time...and the steampunk era and gearing played into that....It has a custom battery door made into the rear of the head and I gave it a weathered and tattered look by adding antiquing and gashes in it.......Thanks for looking.....
