A silly parody mini-comic that I started during my end-of-year exams to keep me sane between coursework/revision sessions.

Yeah, sorry. This is a pacifist ending, and even though a Gurren Lagann parody demands at least some violence, we can't actually cause harm to anyone during a true pacifist. Even if it all turns out to be a completely fictional, even in-universe!

I went back and forth many times about how to end this comic. I played around with playing it straight - I'd have Frisk play out the game's end pretty much as expected, concluding in a hug with Asriel. But the comic's a parody! How can you do a massive reference to Gurren Lagann and then just end it completely straight-faced? It's way too silly for that.

Then, I played Undertale's hard mode. It reminded that despite all the dramatic fan-works and emotional game ending, at it's core Undertale is an extremely silly game. That cinched it - I had to subvert the rest of the comic in the final part. I made the whole thing a stupid story told by one of the characters to get a reaction out of their friends. Being an anime parody, it had to involve Undyne in some form - I played around with having her tell the story, but because I love the idea of Frisk being a cheeky so-and-so, it ended up being their blatant lies instead.

Why are the Dremurr kids alive at the end? Because I wanted them reacting to Frisk's story. Feel free to integrate this stupid comic with whatever fan-fiction AU nonsense that concludes with them being alive; I didn't have anything particular in mind while writing this page.

Oh, and this marks the last bit of UT fanart that I will be doing for the forseeable future. I need to move on with other things. So, don't hang around my page expecting a brand new AU to enjoy; it's not going to happen. Sorry!
