Hmm.....Well,this certainllly sparked the character creator part of me....
Either Heather,Isis(Icis if you want to go that way),Elizeabet(h if you want to) or Veronica.Those are the first namnes that pop into my head at this.But she also seems like a bit of a Vicky.
And something tells me that she isn't a completely nice person.Either she hides her heart of gold behind a jerk type facade or mask,or she is a cold hearted bitch with some shades of affability to her,she kinda gives me the vibes of the daughter of a gangster or maffia boss who dosen't like looking fancy.
Dear lord,look at me go.And I probably could go on spinning if you want to.

I have added you to my watch list a while ago.I'm a big fan of your artstyle.Zany,cartoony,yet very characterised.
As I think I made it pefectly clear,I said before,I saw SEVERAL kinds of personalities and possible stories of this character after just looking at her for a SECOND at most.
That and your description gave my mind free reigns.
