This is an homage to one of my favourite Wallace and Gromit cartoon, The wrong trousers (in which Wallace and Gromit have to deal with a penguin who's actually a crook, named Feathers McGraw), but with BBC, CBBC and CBeebies in place of Wallace and Gromit.
