I'm much more of a fan of this position/proportion of the boxes. Β I know that the actual halfway point of a girl is around the crotch/hips, but the perception usually being sold by magicians in that sawing someone in half means dividing her somewhere through the torso. Β In a real-life box-sawing, the girl needs to be divided through the tops of the thighs, due to the mechanics of the trick, but when we're doing something like this, we can do things as they should be done.
Particularly when you usually dress your assistants in something with a bare midriff anyway, it seems silly not to saw them in half somewhere between the top and bottom of the outfit. Β Or, with these outfits, for example ...
