I pictured Ariel slightly boho chic as well as “beachy.” I wanted her very light and free. I immediately pictured a teal as a nod to the ocean as well as it’s complementary to her signature red hair. I also wanted something that would show off her (new) legs. I pictured her going on an evening walk on the beach; that’s why she grabbed a sweater. The outfit is a little on the simple side, so I gave her a lot of jewelry. I imagine Ariel continuing to collect her treasures. I gave her a Pandora bracelet as well so she can continue to add her personal charms and treasures to it.
And finally, Ariel is probably one of the most rebellious princesses in my opinion so I gave her a little tattoo. When she went with Eric to get his Octopus ink, she knew she wanted something as well. So I gave her a “Family Forever” that you can mostly see on her wrist. Being so far from her father and all her sisters, she wanted a reminder of her love for them.

Also, I did something interesting with her nail polish. Can you figure it out?)
