Honestly, the background took a while because I didn't know what the background was suppose to be.I really like the female bot's design. Don't know why, I just do. The other soldier bot in front is alright, not my favorite design, but good.
This is for a contest in the Robot club [link] . One of the contest submittions you can do is a scene where a robot is helping someone get out of a tight situation.
Looking at all the fire damage on this scene, you can tell how important the female robot is to the city.

Haha thank! I did this for a contest actually. I actually based the robot with a gun on Glitch from the older game Metal Arms: Glitch in the system (type on google for information).
