Actually I used Photoshop CS3. You can use paint to do this kind of art, though it may not be as easy.

If you're looking for a program similar to Photoshop, there's corel painter which might be a little cheaper. Or just Google free image editing sites like Pixlr to use some free stuff. ^^

oh i have gimp but i still cant find out how to use it....and i cant draw well without a computer mouse. :\ i have a laptop

Oh, you could probably get cheap mouses (or in this case would it be mice?) that has a USP cord connection. I used to do that until I got my own desktop.^^
