Description
This is Oracle, AKA Barbara Gordon. She was the original Batgirl until the Joker shot her and left her paralyzed from the waist down. Now she she uses technology and computers to help other super-heroes by operating a worldwide communications network.

I drew it first with pencil in my sketchbook, then I scanned it in to my computer and colored it in Photoshop.
