Description
"Garbage Pail Kids" was a series of cards/stickers from the 1980's featuring weird/gross/comical characters with clever names that were supposed to resemble the popular toyline,"Cabbage Patch Kids". Originally released in 1985, they became hugely popular among kids, much to parents dismay. They also created a movie, and short-lived cartoon series.Later, another similar series (this time based off the Trolls phenomena) was released titled "Trash Can Trolls".I freakin' loved these when I was a kid, and still have all of mine, as well as the "Trash Can Trolls" line of cards.

Ah. It's kinda hard to tell on the Internet. There have been announcements that a new one is in the works. Hopefully it won't be as notoriously awful as the 1987 version.

Ah. See, Doug Walker has never heard anyone try to defend the movie, not even a "It's so stupid, I just gotta enjoy it", and he's actually been looking for someone who genuinely liked Garbage Pail Kids just so he can ask "Why?" and more importantly, "How?" because he's curious about what anyone can find in that movie that can provide any benefit to "culture, or to humanity".

they still sell them at FYE...but they are reissued from the originals
