One of the first times I have ever done such a thing. It may be a bit plain in some aspects, but overall I like the final results of it.

Notes: The whole process was a bit of an undertaking. The music file for the BGM required to be <= 3.22 megabytes or else the theme wouldn't load.
The discovery of the solution also made it hard to get a song to fit at such a size, as I had to downsize my track down to a single loop of 01:11 at 80 kbps. (Around 700 Kilobytes in total.) I only hope this post helps to those who are trying to make a custom of their own.
Also, the image on the top part is a bit wider than that, but due to how the 3DS displays the images it is cut off from the right side.
