When I first saw this, I immediately thought of snow. From reading one of the other comments though I realized you could also interpret this as blow, from an aerial shot instead of a side shot. Adds a whole new demension to it

Same from "Frost"? Very nice. I like the use of the mirror, it makes you feel as if part of this is reality, and part is something else, surreally frozen in time... seen, but unaccessible.
