I do my drawing with watecolors and as hear gold marker,marker with white paint and lains with fine felt-tip pen.
To get this white I use "MASKING LIQUID"it's some kid of silicon in liquid, I make skech with penci then I'm masking that what I want to be white(BE CARFUL WITH IT 'CUZ IT DEMAGE BRUSH)than I wait it will be dry, or usind hairdryer(faster)and painting with watercolor

I do not know where you live, but hear i Warsaw I payed 10 zloty for 100 mililiters so if i would count it on americans dolars it wold be about 3.80 or about 2.50euro so it is not wery expensiv, but wery usefull:]
