Pretty damn good.
The character proportioning looks on par (especially the Road Runner), the background is pretty authentic and the colors and textures make give it a proper Chuck Jones look and feel.
Maybe work on the dust flow however, it looks a bit like the Road Runner's spurting out whipped cream (sorry if I'm putting down your work, it looks lovely otherwise).
