Description Tyrantrum rex, the “Standard” species, is the Largest and all-around most versatile of all Tyrantrum Species. Fossils indicate their Former Home range to be where Kalos is today on the former Super Continent, existing in Temperate Climates.

Tyrantrum hoglundi is the Smallest of all Species, and the most densely Feathered. The title “Polar Tyrantrum” is aptly earned, the species living in the Far Northern parts of Sinnoh, in which Fossils indicate they had evolved to hunt Aurorus and their Young, Amaura. As such, they have the highest Natural resistance to Ice-Type attacks of all Species, as well as learning Fire Fang naturally.

Tyrantrum bataar Fossils are most common in the Orre region, which was then as it is today mostly Desert. Having the least amount of Plumage of all species, they are adapted to cope with Intense Heat, which also gives them High resistance to Fire-Type attacks. It’s also noted that they learn Ice Fang and Poison Fang naturally, Scientists speculating the Former to be a means of cooling off, and the Latter the result of Scavenging far more often than other Species, having gained an Infectious, Bacteria-Riddled Bite.

Tyrantrum argestes is most commonly found in the Hoenn region in Tropical Climates. Their Jaw strength relative to Body size is smaller than in other species, likely due to much of its Natural prey being less Armored to cope with Dense Undergrowth. The fact that they naturally learn Thunder Fang may have been a means to stun its Prey by Inflicting Paralysis. Their Naturally higher resistance to Fairy-Type Attacks has yet to be explained.

I'm sure this has been done before but whatever.
Finally jumping on the Pokemon Variations bandwagon with my favorite, Tyrantrum, based off various Tyrannosaurs.

Um, one nitpick about this: none of these are really Tyrantrum variations. They're just variants of a feathered T-rex.
