Is it completely from your mind or are there any 3D referance or photo for the hanger etc

Hi That one was without 3d and reference. I started with some simple shapes and colors and then just tried to make it look right... agh hard to describe. Don't have a process for this one but it was very similar to this juhupainting.deviantart.com/ar…

 I love the soft shades of blue you used for the aircraft. I must ask though, The two men to the left are much large then what I could only guess from my eyes as two very small men to the right. Why is this?

Thank you very much!! This is very simple actually: In the future people will be more tiny because there will live alot more people on earth and they will all consume oxygen which means there will be less oxygen for every single person. And therefore over time evolution decided that it would be better that people are smaller so that there will be enough oxygen to breathe for everyone again.
No seriously, just bad planning on the painting

Yeah there is no clear separation that makes sense between the tiny guys and and the big guys. 

But values are really, really good and smooth. You are always really consistently good at values.

I get a bit confused on this one's depth perception, since I don't see a clear divide between the near people and the ones who are far away.  Unless those people are tiny people!  ...Which I doubt.

Otherwise, looks lovely! I love the brush strokes and the colors you chose

Thanks a bunch for the help!! Yeah I see what you mean. I didn't planned it very good, initially there where no people in the scene but it looked a bit empty so I decided first to fill the empty space with happy people and second to not care about perspective. Guess I should'nt have made that last one^^
