I cannot but fail to notice that all of them show a different time?
I guess this is the 'spray-and-pray' approach to timekeeping...they must hope that one of the clocks would be close enough to the right time.

well noticed,
The sculpture is entitled "Time for All" is a work of Arman.
The idea ... when you look at a clock on the side, we could see more time! Except at the Gare Saint Lazare in Paris.
