Hmm.... would this really have worked? I mean... look at how loud and bright that outfit is, would an old man really wear that thing? And then a name like "Bonzu Pippinpaddle-Oppsokopolis the Third" (thanks to =ZukoIsMyJacob for finding the spelling on that for me
)... Really 
IDK, that's just part of the comedy
. In other comedy news... This (the FIFTH!! episode) was the introduction of everyone's favorite cabbage merchant. The series's running gag. Oh, how I love the cabbage merchant

It wasn't that hard finding the spelling.
I was always amused by this scene, particularly how Katara remembered that whole last name long enough to use it herself.
